IRON WILL HYBRID RACE SIMULATION

Get a feel for the flow, pacing, transitions, and movement demands of the big race in August.

This event is designed to simulate the workout format and exercise sequence used in a major hybrid fitness race, giving you the opportunity to test your fitness, identify weaknesses, and build confidence before race day.

Event Details
• 2 groups will run simultaneously at each start time
• Groups start 30 minutes apart
• Maximum 4 athletes per group
• Coaches will advise appropriate weights and scaling options based on your ability level
• Suitable for both first-time competitors and experienced athletes preparing for race day
